Molly Reyna
President/Founder, Business Development & Product/Service Strategy
Molly Reyna is an Executive Healthcare Consultant specialized in creating systems of care, and building strategy and operating plans to conceive, implement, launch, manage and evaluate healthcare services. Execution-focused with over 20 years in telehealth, healthcare and education industries, and a wide range of experiences in clinical business development, telemedicine operations, and technology leadership, she most recently led Operations for the Connected Care Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). While there she directed service build/operations for TelePharmacy, TeleEmergency, TeleIntensive Care, TeleNeurology, TelePsychiatry and TeleSpecialty Care, PMO & IT.
Prior to joining DHMC, Ms. Reyna served as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at a large us-based commercial telemedicine company, leading growth strategy to expand core business and develop new products and services. And earlier as EVP, Clinical Operations, she led multispecialty clinical services, the physician and nursing practices, care coordination center, and 24/7/365 virtual acute care operations. Her team provided operational solutions for 350+ facilities in 30+ states, responding to emergencies within 15 minutes and managing scheduling and coordination for same-day/next-day non-urgent consultations. In addition to these commercial efforts, Ms. Reyna has developed hospital-based telehealth programs, most significantly as Executive Director at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. In this role, she led telemedical initiatives in the DC Metro region and the United States and launched international programs in Africa, Middle East, Europe and South America – growing their network from 10 – 200 endpoints.
She has led diverse teams to success in building global systems of care with a focus on healthcare quality and financial sustainability. And, has contributed to legislative efforts to improve access to care and reimbursement for telemedicine, providing numerous presentations, publications and peer review for national and international telemedicine and healthcare meetings, and e-health and government organizations.
Nadine Coy
Consultant/Founder, Operations, Accreditation & Credentialing
Nadine Coy is a Healthcare Executive with 20+ years of proven success in healthcare operations, provider network development, accreditation (NCQA, URAC, TJC, etc.), compliance, credentialing, client/provider engagement, and performance metrics. Her career has spanned a broad breadth of healthcare disciplines including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Telemedicine.
Ms. Coy has held progressive leadership roles at large healthcare organizations throughout her career including, United HealthGroup/Evercare Division, where she was Operations leader and Director of Network Development, responsible for leading Medicare market expansions in the MidAtlantic Region. After leaving United HealthGroup, she joined Magellan Health where she was lead for the Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) and subsequently became leader for Network Operations. While in this role she was selected to join the team responsible for obtaining Magellan’s first HMO license for SNP program in the state of FL. In her most recent role at Specialist On Call, Ms. Coy was leader for Credentialing, Licensing, Privileging (CLP) for three service lines, increasing physician licensing and privileging profile by greater than 70% and obtaining 100% score on TJC recertification.
Ms. Coy has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. At HIVE, she leads medical practice operations, project delivery management and post-delivery engagement.
